Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies whenever you access YK Handdrawn, submit text or documents, or create, download, publish, or share generated output. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

YK Handdrawn is designed to turn legitimate educational, professional, and personal source material into clear hand-drawn-style infographics. You are responsible for your source content, instructions, generated output, and how you use or share it.

You must not use YK Handdrawn to create, request, upload, transform, promote, or distribute:

• pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, fetish, or other NSFW content;
• any sexualisation, exploitation, grooming, or abuse of minors, including fictional or AI-generated depictions;
• face swaps, deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that deceptively impersonates a real person;
• credible threats, glorification of violence, instructions to cause physical harm, or graphic abuse;
• hateful or harassing content targeting a person or protected group;
• content that facilitates fraud, phishing, scams, identity theft, malware, unauthorised access, or other illegal activity;
• content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other third-party rights; or
• regulated professional claims or deceptive information likely to cause material medical, legal, financial, civic, or safety harm.

Submit only content that you created or have permission and a lawful basis to process. Do not upload confidential information, trade secrets, authentication credentials, payment-card data, government identification numbers, medical records, or similarly sensitive personal data.

Do not use another person's name, likeness, voice, private information, or creative work in a misleading or harmful way. Clearly disclose AI involvement when an output could reasonably be mistaken for an authentic record or human-created communication.

• Do not evade, probe, disable, or bypass content filters, rate limits, credit controls, authentication, or other safeguards.
• Do not automate abusive requests, overload the service, distribute malware, scrape protected areas, or attempt unauthorised access.
• Do not resell accounts or service access, conceal the origin of requests, or use the service for a prohibited third party.
• Do not use generated output to mislead people about its source, fabricate evidence, manipulate civic processes, or conduct deceptive commercial practices.

Generation requests may be automatically screened before they are sent to an AI model. We may block a request when a safety service marks it as denied or flagged, when a provider rejects it, or when we reasonably believe it violates this policy. Safety checks are imperfect and do not transfer responsibility for your content to YK Handdrawn.

Depending on severity and recurrence, we may warn you, remove content, limit generations, suspend or terminate access, preserve relevant records, or report conduct when required by law. We may act immediately where necessary to protect users, third parties, or the service.

Do not attempt to rephrase, encode, split, or otherwise disguise prohibited content in order to bypass a safety decision.

Report suspected abuse, infringement, or an incorrect safety decision with enough information for us to investigate. Do not send prohibited material itself unless we specifically request it through a secure method.
