Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to YK Handdrawn. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use YK Handdrawn for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it.

You must be at least 13 and old enough to consent to an online service in your country. If local law requires parental or guardian consent, you may use the service only with that consent.

YK Handdrawn is currently available as a public beta and is operated under the YK Handdrawn brand. Current contact information is provided in the “Changes and contact” section below.

YK Handdrawn is an independent product that uses third-party AI services to analyse source content and generate visual notes. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the providers of the underlying AI models.

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or visually inconsistent. Review every output before relying on, publishing, or sharing it, especially for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or other high-impact uses.

Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. We may apply reasonable usage limits and security checks.

You keep your rights in text, documents, instructions, and other content you submit. You give us a limited, worldwide licence to host, copy, process, transmit, and transform that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service.

As between you and YK Handdrawn, and to the extent allowed by law, you may use the generated output. AI systems can create similar output for different users, and we cannot guarantee that output is unique or eligible for intellectual-property protection.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit content and to use the resulting output. Generated images stored by YK Handdrawn expire after 30 minutes, so download anything you want to keep.

You may not use YK Handdrawn to create, request, upload, or distribute sexually explicit or sexually suggestive material; content involving the exploitation or sexualisation of minors; face swaps, deepfakes, or deceptive impersonation; hateful, harassing, violent, illegal, or harmful content; malware; or content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

You may not bypass content-safety controls or usage limits, submit content you are not authorised to process, resell access, scrape the service, or reverse engineer protected parts of the service except where law expressly permits it. Generation requests may be automatically screened and blocked. Our Acceptable Use Policy provides the complete rules and forms part of these terms.

Each completed generation uses the number of credits shown in the product. Failed generations are returned automatically when the system can verify the failure. Credits are a limited right to use the service, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred unless we state otherwise.

When checkout is available, Pro costs US$12.99 per month and adds 60 credits after each successful monthly payment. It renews automatically until canceled through Manage billing in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals at the end of the current billing period. A 10-credit pack costs US$4.99 as a one-time purchase. Unused credits carry over and remain available after cancellation. Review the total shown at checkout before paying.

Payment confirmation may take a short time. Contact us using the details below for billing errors or refund requests; canceling a subscription does not itself issue a refund. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

When Creem is shown as the payment provider at checkout, Creem acts as merchant of record and processes the transaction, applicable indirect taxes, and the customer invoice under its buyer terms. YK Handdrawn remains responsible for providing and supporting the service.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, respond to provider changes, or improve the product. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service is currently offered as a public beta, so features, providers, usage limits, and data-retention practices may change as the product develops.

You may stop using YK Handdrawn at any time. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risk, non-payment, legal requirements, or a material breach of these terms. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Account deletion remains subject to limited retention required for security, transactions, disputes, and law.

To the extent permitted by law, YK Handdrawn is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, originality, or suitability of AI output.

To the extent permitted by law, YK Handdrawn and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunity. Any aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid to YK Handdrawn in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when a material change requires it. Continued use after the effective date of updated terms means you accept them, where permitted by law.
